Ticket Swap

To add tickets to sell, click on the 'Sell Tickets' button below. If you want to buy a ticket, click on the top tickets available in the list that are 'For Sale', you will be connected to the Seller.

Sellers need to remove the tickets for sale when they have sold them.

About Ticket Swap

Ticket Swap is a feature that allows you to sell any of your tickets to other buyers (in the event you have to change plans). Please check with your ticket provider first to make sure they allow the selling and transfer of tickets.

If you need to sell tickets, you can click on the ticket swap icon and select “Sell tickets”. The feature works closely with our Ticket Wallet feature, where you can keep a record of all the tickets you have bought in one place. If you have tickets in your ticket wallet for the event already, it will ask how many you wish to sell. If you have not added tickets to your ticket wallet it will add the tickets you are selling to the ticket wallet at the same time.

When a buyer clicks on ticket swap, they will see your tickets for sale. They can then ask to buy one, or all of them. You will then receive a text message saying the buyer wants to buy your tickets. The buyer will also be able to send a WhatsApp message to you to start the conversation to purchase the tickets. You then do the deal directly with the buyer and once they have bought them, you go back into the app and mark them as sold and then the tickets will disappear from your ticket wallet. (In the future we will build a feature to transfer any event tickets you have uploaded, directly to the buyer).

If you use PayPal and don’t know the buyer, we recommend you do not allow friends and family payments. Always report any users to us that are abusing this or any other features on the app.
